GENERAL QUESTIONS

When you first open the music shelf package, you must charge the shelf for 30 minutes before bluetooth will connect.

If the music shelf will not power on, the built in battery most likely just needs recharging. You will hear a warning "charm" sound, and the status light will flash red when the battery is dead. To better judge with to charge the battery, it is recommended that the power be turned off after you finish playing your music and disconnect from Bluetooth.

The Music and Lighting Shelf both install with a hidden bracket so the shelf appears to be floating on the wall. Click on the Instructions tab at the top of our website for downloadable pdf instructions on how to install a floating shelf.

Complete directions on how to sync the music shelf to your portable device are included in the shelf kit. They can also be found on our Instructions website page. Please go to the top of the website and click on "Instructions."

Both the music and lighted shelf charge by a USB cord. No wall plug is required to charge the shelves.
A USB cord and complete instructions are included in each shelf kit.
